Who operates this site
The business name, phone number, and email in the footer come from the site config. Until those placeholders are replaced, they are not a live company identity. This policy still describes the form, because the form can store a request during that time.
What the form stores
If you submit the quote form and pass the spam check, Netlify stores your name, phone, and email, plus the time of the request.
The form does not ask for a street address, a service, a message, a door code, or a card number. There is no account and no password.
Where it is stored
On the live site, Netlify Forms stores the submission in this site's form inbox. The form name is quote. The submission is not emailed, and it is not sent to a cleaning company.
A local preview of the static files does not store the form. Storage starts after the site is deployed to Netlify and the form is detected there.
Why it is stored
The only purpose is to respond to the quote request you sent. Sending the form is the request to be contacted at the phone or email you entered. There is no separate mailing list on this site.
Spam check
The form includes a hidden field that people are asked to leave blank. Netlify treats a filled field as spam. Netlify also applies its own spam filter. This site does not load a captcha script.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not embed an advertising tracker or an analytics product. Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions. A Netlify submission record can include the IP address of the browser that sent the form. Netlify's policy is at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/ .
How to ask about a request
